A series of book covers for three of M.F.K. Fisher's most well-known books. Mary Frances Kennedy Fisher was a preeminent American food writer. She was also a founder of the Napa Valley Wine Library and wrote around 27 books. With this concept, I wanted to include a still life of a dinner table, and the objects would represent the mood of each book during that time of Fisher’s life. For example, How to Cook a Wolf was written during the great depression where everyone was living with limited means. Very basic food items were used, such as bread and water.
